These Terms govern your use of this website (the "Service") operated from Germany.
1. Acceptance
By accessing or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. The Service
The Service offers interactive coding lessons. Content is provided for educational purposes only and without warranty of fitness for any particular purpose.
3. User accounts
You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and must be at least 16 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other accounts, (b) interfere with the operation of the Service, (c) upload unlawful, infringing, or malicious content, (d) scrape or reproduce content outside the limits permitted by German copyright law.
5. Intellectual property
All content, code samples, lesson text, branding, and UI are protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Service for your own learning.
6. Liability (§§ 276, 309 BGB)
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and for damages arising from injury to life, body, or health. For slight negligence we are liable only for the breach of essential contractual obligations (Kardinalpflichten), and only up to the foreseeable, contract-typical damage. Any further liability is excluded.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for breach of these Terms or for security reasons.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
9. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Mandatory consumer protection law of your country of residence remains unaffected. Place of jurisdiction for merchants is the operator's registered seat.
10. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force.
